Carissa believes it takes courage to embark upon a journey to healing and leading a life of greater clarity and fulfillment. Carissa will start right where you are, without judgement. She will utilize components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to work through whatever issues may surface along this journey. Carissa considers it a privilege to accompany you on this path to healing and to bear witness to all the progress you will make.

Carissa's husband is a service member in the Army National Guard and a First Responder. They share a beautiful son. As a family, they enjoy spending quality time walking the dog, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, traveling and listening to music.
