Jesse is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington in Seattle.

He has 10 years of experience in health and human services both domestically (Washington, Missouri) and abroad (India) in a variety of settings: schools, universities, community organizations, chronic illness clinics, hospitals. He is passionate about helping people develop the tools necessary to build healthy relationships with self and others. Offering a nonjudgmental ear and a strengths-based approach rooted in trauma-informed care, Jesse attempts to meet people exactly where they are in life. He recognizes trust is earned not automatic and strives to co-create a counseling space worthy of each client’s story. He has certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (Nov 2020); enjoys using self-accountability tools and mindfulness exercises whenever they align with a client’s treatment goals. Specialties: grief & loss, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, ADHD, and trauma.  

Jesse finds pieces of peace in nature, growing a garden with his wife & toddlers, getting tattoos, learning languages and making music.
