Marni Scott is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children and families. She has worked in child welfare and hospital settings providing support, crisis intervention and resource referral to those experiencing trauma, grief and loss. Most recently, Marni has worked in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and is certified in Perinatal Mental Health.

Marni is a proponent of Trauma Informed Approaches to care and believes people are the experts of their own lives. She utilizes an eclectic approach to counseling, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral and Solution Focused interventions to assist clients in meeting their goals. 

Marni received her Master’s Degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2012. She has been married to husband, Brad, since 2002 and has two children - a son and a daughter. Marni enjoys traveling with family and listening to live music in her spare time.
