Tracey is currently a Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW, specializing in working with women that wish to address trauma, grief and challenging core beliefs and patterns. Beginning a therapeutic relationship can be an overwhelming and challenging process. She strives to create a safe space for her clients that encourages authenticity and trust while they work together towards the client's goals. She values open and honest communication that cultivates transparency in all of her work.
Tracey practices a holistic approach while utilizing evidence based modalities, creating a tailored experience for her clients. She enjoys utilizing a mixture of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to focus on the changes the clients wish to make in their lives. She feels the clients are the expert in their experiences and feelings. Her goal is to work with the client collaboratively to incorporate mindfulness and self acceptance into their daily lives. Together, Tracey and the client will explore the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As the clients learn to utilize those identified connections and build new skills, she is hopeful that life can become more peaceful and fulfilling for her clients.
Tracey's passion is helping others increase insight and identify strengths in order to meet her client's goals and create a more loving view of themselves. She is particularly passionate about working with women, young adults, trauma survivors, and mothers. Tracey personally understands the unique challenges of raising children in today’s world and what it feels like to be burnt out, touched out and stretched too thin. When all women learn to honor their feelings and their needs first, the capacity to parent effectively and love others grows stronger. Tracey's hope is to be the support all clients need, whether clients are parents or not. Her strengths and interests include holistic healing, mindfulness, meditation and practical behavior change. Tracey is gender, sexuality and neurodivergence affirming in all of her practices.
