Zenobia Charania is a Supervised Marriage and Family Therapist and has graduated with her masters in Couple and Family Therapy from Kansas State University. She also has another master’s degree in clinical psychology from Christ University, India and has experience working with employees from different companies. Zenobia speaks multiple languages (English, Hindi and Gujrati), and uses her experience as an immigrant working in the mental health field by providing a lens of attunement and acceptance to clients of all backgrounds.

Zenobia strives to provide her clients with empowerment and hope, as they work on the goals they set for themselves. She aims to meet her clients where they are, providing unconditional support and empathy. Zenobia believes that therapy is a journey that can be rocky and challenging but also needed and essential, and she is honored to be a part of this journey with her clients and be able to provide a nurturing and healing presence.

Zenobia likes to bring in a balance of experience and words into therapy and used Sand Tray, Art therapy, Play therapy and other experiential approaches, along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Narrative Therapy to explore each client’s individual needs, their story and their experience. She works with her individual clients as well as families, children and couples while keeping in mind that all of us exist in systems that constantly influence us, and she aims to explore the client’s systems with them.

Outside of her work life, Zenobia is an avid reader and enjoys fantasy novels. She loves being physically challenged and enjoys long walks, hikes, and pilates, along with playing pickleball, volleyball and table tennis with her friends and family. She enjoys travelling with her fiancé and is trying to improve her gardening skills.
